As the project audience has exceeded the initial expectations, and technical support request were getting more and more frequent, the need for us to have a place where everyone (including, but not limited to, the contributors) could help other users solve their problems arose. The mail form you used to find here has been therefore removed, and we’ve rolled up a support forum, located here. Its structure is still a mess.
